When Forrest was in the hospital, Angel Dear Lovies were simple items that provided insurmountable comfort. Forrest and family are not the only ones to notice the huge impact of these little blankets, and with this in mind, the Fund has turned the lovies from just an item included in care bags to a program of their own. At Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, Methodist Germantown Women’s Pavilion, and Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women every baby admitted to the NICU will receive a lovie. Also at Le Bonheur, every unit with a new baby and/or toddler admitted will receive a lovie.
