53. Pesi Katz - A Family Story
Pesi Katz was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She just began her position here at the Forrest Spence Fund in August of 2023 after graduating high school. In June of 2020, Pesi was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease after a two year battle of searching for a diagnoses alongside her medical team. This diagnoses was just the beginning of her journey of living with a chronic illness. Throughout her journey, Pesi has had continued support from her medical team, family, and friends, which ultimately led her to pursuing a dream of becoming a Child Life Specialist.
